Throughout my career, I have taken many opportunities to lead. I also strive to grow and change myself and my endeavors.
Professional Presentations
I present at a variety of conferences, including GaETC, RESA, and GLMA Summer Institute. Most recently, I presented "Designed to Lead: Updating Your Library Media Program for Today's Students" to a full house at the 2022 GaETC.

Literacy in the Community
In conjunction with the L4GA grant, I selected, purchased, and facilitated the distribution of books to students and families. Every student went home with a book at the end of the 21-22 year. I continued the book distribution to families during the 22-23 Open House.

ICMS Media Services Branding
ICMS Media Services developed a logo and updated website in 2020. In 2022, the logo and website were updated, and ICMS Media Services Twitter and Instagram accounts were created.
NCSS Media Services Leadership
In addition to building level leadership positions, I also co-created and served on the NCSS Media Services Leadership Team for a number of years, and I currently serve on the team again.
Sora Digital Library
I have developed the ICMS Sora collection above and beyond the NCSS collection, most notably with magazine and comic collections.
Grant Recipient
I have been awarded many grants. Most recently, I won the Snapping Shoals grant to purchase a subscription to BreakoutEDU and several breakout kits.
